He has over 40 years of experience in the Emergency Management field and is a Co-Author of Critical Incident Management, A Complete Response Guide. John serves as Director of Client Relations and is also a senior advisor to BLUELINE Security Consulting Group, LLC

The REDI for Emergencies software program was initially developed in 1997 in collaboration with the National League of Cities Risk Information Sharing Consortium. Under the leadership of John McNall the program has evolved into an online solution for Emergency Management Planning.
The original development team sought to solve a big problem for educational organizations in coordinating with outside Public Safety agencies. While it was not required at the time, the team chose the Incident Command System (ICS) as the best vehicle for that coordination.
Since then, ICS has become a mandate under the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and the software continues to facilitate best practices today while the web-based program continues to allow users to take control of their planning process.
